SELF RISING FLOUR (store in mylar or oven-can jars)
1/2 C Baking powder
1/4 C Baking soda
1/4 C Salt
5 Lb Flour
Add baking powder, baking soda and salt to flour. Using 2 large bowls, sift the mixture 3 to 4 times. Store at room temperature and use in any recipe that calls for self-rising flour.
