PANCAKE MIX- store in mylar or oven-can
JUST ADD WATER:
8 cups flour
1.5 cups dry milk (the powdered stuff)
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
To make a batch of pancakes, stir together 1 cup of the dry mix with 1/2 cup water and cook as usual.
Nuts, dried fruits, etc can be added as desired. You might need to adjust the liquid depending on the weather in your area.
