HOT COCOA MIX- store in mylar bags or oven-can
JUST ADD WATER (BOILING):
1 (4 lb) box dry milk (carnation’s dry milk powder)
5 lbs powdered sugar
5 (8 ounce) containers powdered cocoa
1 (22 ounce) container non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2 teaspoons salt
Makes a very large quantity! Mix all ingredients together very well and then use a sifter and sift everything together.
Store in mylar bags or oven-can.
