CHICKEN SOUP- store in mylar or oven-can dry ingredients
JUST ADD WET INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Carrots
1/4 cup Celery
1/4 cup Kale
1/4 cup Cabbage
2-3 Tablespoons Onions
One Chicken Bullion cube or powdered equivalent
1-2 chopped chicken breasts (you could add dehydrated meat above and store, or used canned meat too if you don’t have fresh/frozen)
1 quart of water
Boil the water, toss in the dry ingredients and bullion cube and simmer for about 20 minutes to let dehydrated stuff re-hydrate. Add salt & pepper to taste, or other spices that you like.
You could also toss in some rice or pasta. (You could add the rice or pasta to the dry ingredients and store).
